Firmware and Map Update??

Hi All,
Please can someone point me in the right direction for update files for maps and firmware if possible for my 2015 A5, It is on 2015 maps i believe and the firmware is - HN+_EU_AU3G_K0900
Nav.database version: 8R0060884CH ECE 6.20.4

Ive seen the page but could just use some help deciphering which and what to download??

I have just performed an update on my 2015 A5 which you can read about Navigation data are not enabled (resolved)
