Robinsons (norwich/lowestoft) unlock it as default. It tends to be the US ones that stay locked. However, as Reb says, it is easily unlocked with Vag com and I appear to be the local resource on this. If you are going to the next Norfolk meet I will be bringing the laptop and vagcom cable with me.
