Which is better
Eibach Pro Kit or the H&R

I am considering these but am seeking opinions on which is the best, I have had eibach before on BMW and Mercedes and found them OK

I doubt you will notice a difference between the two.... the biggest difference is with the fitting as you will need to re-adjust the geometry and alignment of the suspension so you don't ruin the handling... a garage with a quality 4 wheel alignment kit is needed.
