Hi

So the metal in my key doesnt work, the barrell turns but nothing

removed the cylinder to find the entire back pin section is missing and has been snapped off

What is the part number to get a replacment cylinder? and how if possible do i get one specifically for my key? or am i better getting a new set of keys with a cylinder?

2011 Audi A5 2.0TDI

ETKA shows PN 107-837-168-BF for RHD and says this: "Lock cylinder with housing - to retain the one key system the chassis number must be quoted when ordering". Not like the old days when you could get a new cylinder, open it up, and rearrange the internal bits to match the existing key set. --g
