Hi
I'm trying to order some door actuators for my 2009 Sportback, but there seems to be some confusion about the part numbers
Some seem to say 7 pin, some 9 pin
does anyone have the part numbers for the following

NSF and OSF and also NSR
i think they might start 8J but not completely sure
The fault seems to be that the doors wont unlock using the remote, you can open the drivers door by splitting off the key and using the manual lock, OSR passenger unlocks but none of the other three will remotely unlock, although once unlocked they will open from the inside
I am told that the Actuators are at fault, though it seems a bit unlikely for three to all fail at once....
Has anyone else had this issue perhaps?
i'm scratching my head over this one, i think they all plug straight in, so i cant see an issue in changing them, but i'd rather not shell out for the parts if this won't cure the problem
Does anyone happen to know where i could source these from other than eBay, which seems to all be based abroad?

Hope you guys can help!

Did all three fail at the same time? If so I seriously doubt the actuators are at fault. Can you get the car scanned for fault codes? That would be a better start point.

Hi dan, yep, all three within days of each other, does anyone on here in the midlands (ish) have a fault reader, or do I have to go into audi?

I imagine there’s folks close by who could help under normal circumstances. Sadly, right now, circumstances are far from normal, and getting someone to come out and help might be a challenge due to social distancing. You could consider purchasing a Carista dongle which is fairly low cost. It’s what I use. If you google carista you should be able to get all the info you need.

Hi dan, quick question, I’ve had it into The Audi specialist and he has identified it is the motors, looking online, they all seem to have a different amount of pins, 7,8,9 is that normal or is it how each one is identified?

Sorry mate, I don’t know the answer to that, but your supposition that each has a different pin config to identify it to the controller sounds plausible.
