I was expecting delivery of my new A5 this week but got a call from the dealer to say they had discovered a small (2 cms) cut in the leather of the passenger seat back.
They are calling a specialist in today but I suspect they are looking at a repair. I expect a new car to be in perfect condition, does anyone have experience of this problem and if I agree to a repair will this be as good as new?
If not what should I insist on?
