Il quickly chime in, the etched len's will not make a logo on the floor, it's purely there for looks, the lens are 100% optically clear meaning they release more light from the oem projector.

The oem D3S projectors removed and replaced with the facelift projectors (so the lens can be done on the facelift cars easy) the projectors are the D1S versions as the D1s system is more powerful than a D3S system so just made more sense to swap it and really go all the way as cuppa doesn't do things by half

They really are one of the better builds I have done and I have a lot more to come this year as my skills and knowledge of lighting becomes more like a book.

Il sort through pictures I took along the way and will explain what's been done in more detail as I want to keep his build going for him as he has one of the most advance build threads in the Audi world.

Just saw the video. That is simply awesome! Not 100% sold on the colour changing main light, but the full sweep indicator is glorious. Props to you, Cuppa, for taking the leap to do this on your amazing car.
And, T8ups, you are a god, and I want to have your babies! Okay, maybe just look after them while you go out... Moving right along, what chance of the sweep being done for both pre-FL and FL cars, front AND rear? I think you'd start a riot if you announced that one.

The main light is one of those things that whilst they were open was a why not, but won't be used day to day. Perhaps set as one colour and left alone. It's only visible when the main light isn't on.
