2008 b8 1.8 tfsi sport non Quattro.
I have a noise coming from (at least it sounds like) the rear right of my car. It can best be described as a creaky clunk.
It only happens when going over speed bumps at low speed.
I’ve checked the bump stop and top mount, and shock which all look in good shape and are seated correctly. Given it a good wrench around and there’s no play in the suspension. Bushes all look good, recently had an mot and nothing was flagged as far as that goes. Checked for any slop in the boot lid, and made sure everything is tight.
Given the exhaust a good wiggle about and nothing seems to be amiss there.
Bit lost of where to turn to next. If anyone has any ides please let me know.

Have you had a good look at the spring? Sometimes a piece can break off from the end and it's not always obvious. This can cause the noise you're describing.

Just had a good search around, looks to be all good. No pieces, the ends of the spring look good and both sides are riding the same height.
