What was involved in the fitting - was it just self-adhesive? And did I read correctly that you had the spoiler pre-painted before you took delivery?

Hi C99, haven't really noticed a difference - the design of the S5 seems to promote an accumulation of road grime on the rear before the rest of the car gets messy - not sure the spoiler's made this any worse.

I think the 6 series looks really bad with that big hump in the back. The car weighs too much as it is.

In all honesty I think that spoiler attachment over-does the car. In any case, it's definitely not worth 500 Euros. I also think the Audi logo on the side is unecessary, but hey - to each his own.

It looks good the way it comes with the rear spoiler.

i personally think this spoiler is very bulky..and it makes the audi symbol look out of place.. and the price is quite excessive. i saw on ebay one for $149 painted and it is a nice little lip. I got the fake carbon fiber one before that painted one was on ebay..they are the same exact one but the carbon doesnt need to be painted...it was 50 bucks...subtle but does the job

i do like the 4.2 quattro badge though

Dude... what happened to your Audi badge? All the silver has come of and red rust has run up your trunk lid... Lucky it missed the spoiler though.



Arrrgh! I just noticed it's happening all over the front too!!

What's going on there? it's like someone cross-bred a 1975 Nissan from the 'hood with an S5. Did you do that or has your car been vandalised?

I'd like to get some subtle side skirts and a spoiler for my A5.

Me too.. For us A5 owners it should be feasible to fit the S5 trunk to get the S5 spoiler. Or will that mismatch with the rear sides?

Much nicer than the one that Audi offer. I've seen an identical 3.0TDi to mine at my local gymn with one of the manufacturer versions attached and I think that it looks cheap and nasty (sorry to whoever owns / loves their car!).
