I've never had to top up the oil in my 2016 S5, other than oil change service. I use a dipstick to check.

Out of curiosity, what does your MMI reading show?

About two thirds full. But that's with a cold engine.

When did you last add oil?

I did my last oil change at the beginning of this month. However, as I said earlier, I've never had to add/top-up the oil between services. Car has done 21k miles.
