What about 255 35 20 as I've changed mine from 19's to 20's- so not listed on the sticker?
Currently running 41/32 as per the recommendation for the 19's (A5)- should this change for 20's- even though it seems to me to be about right?

AFIK Audi only fit 265 30 20 on A5’s with 20” wheels, so the sticker or the manual won’t contain that size tyre. I’d go with 43/38 from the 20” recommendation on the sticker.
