Audi S5 rattle help!!

I recently hit a mini bump on the highway doing around 140km/h the shock seemed brutal and then started hearing some awful low frequency rattle near the passenger side coming from under the seat or glovebox not sure. The sound/rattle is always present when there are pressure on the right side of the vehicle like turning right and on bad paved roads. The car has 70 000 km on it and it s really annoying like some parts rubbing together hopefully someone has a solution please let me know
