Hi

I am new to the forum and have a 2010 Audi S5 cabriolet with a Stage 1 Revo remap (making over 400bhp). I was wondering would there be any benefits in having a gearbox remap in addition. I have been quoted £299 plus vat.

Any opinions much appreciated.

Not a great deal - the redline can be raised but not by much, and unless you also have intake mods your engine won't generate any more power at the top end. A gearbox remap is of more benefit on B8.5 (2012+) cars because Audi reduced the redline, and stage 2 cars.
