Hi.can anyone help. My Audi A5 battery is dead. Can’t get inside even with the key. I think it’s got a dead lock on it

I have a 2010 Audi A5. The battery is dead and the key fob battery is dead also. I tried using the actual key that you pull out of the key fob on the one key lock on the driverside door and it will go in all the way but will not turn at all. I thought it could possibly be seized and I've used...

Once you get access again, best to determine why your mechanical key lock doesn't turn with your physical key. --g

Yes, the physical key locks can seize up over time as they never get used.
I have a spare original Moll A5 battery (charging & testing fine) if you need a replacement.
