Hi everybody
I have an audi A5 sportsback 2013 with 150.00 miles on the clock
now she drives like a dream but in the morning for the first 20 miles or so when i set off she blows smoke but ony when i set off (White)
it dosnt effect the driving but i am worried about it, once it stop thats it till the next day
some days when we go on a run theres nothing there at all
has anyone any ideas please what the problem might be
the only advice ive been given was to get it carbon cleaned

What engine do you have?? Well mate you need to be careful and find the reason for this "smoke". It could as Nige says be just "steam" when the weather is very cold and or humid, in which case no worries. BUT it could also be a failing head gasket allowing some water into the engine. You can normally see this as white, creamy traces in the oil so remove the oil filler cap and check for "cream". This COULD happen at 150k miles.
