I thought the car I wanted was sprint blue, because i remembered it darker. But it's actually "aruba". It looks great with dark colors in the shade and bright blue in the sun.

Also took another demo A5 for a spin... with remarks from the sales person that had to point out "it's not a test drive facility" with a bad tone to it. They have a system that tracks how many times you've driven Audi cars and I think I've tested the A5 and S5 a total of 5 times now. I'll actually mention this to the other person I was dealing with about the car I want, because he's the manager of the place and I really did not like this sales persons' attitude. He was very grumpy and rude when he said it. I don't think it should matter that I've tried their cars 5 times... because I just recently bought a brand new Audi and I'm looking for a new one. It's good business for them.

For once I have a gut feeling that says I really want this car. I did have an S5 on order that my gut said I wanted the car for its looks... but not for dreadful milage.

With a chip tuning the A5 will be close to 300 hk and have 550nm torque... that will be enough power for me and still generate great milage. I hardly could believe I was actually getting 0.5 l/km (or nearly 60 eu mpg / 48 us mpg) at 110km (65mph). That's insanely good for such a big car and engine. And also a low 190 co emission rating I could almost say I'm an "enviromentalist"... err =)

keeping legs, arms and fingers crossed that they let me have their show room car. If not, I really just don't want to order one and wait 6 months for it get here. Not my cup of tea to wait for that tlong.

Hurray!

I'm picking it up tomorrow already! Got a better price than listed (4-5%) and also getting the rear window (only) tinted smoke and a audi rubber carpet to protect the floor of the trunk. I'm OK with that seeing that they really didn't have to sell their show room car at all... he's selling both to be nice and also bumb their sale figures for this year... lol.

I'm taking its virginity this weekend for a long drive way south in Sweden and i'm sure I'll have a much more pleasent ride than I have had in my A3 (noisy and loud inside the car).

It's nice to buy something and not having to wait 6 months or more....
