Informed today that dealer is expecting my car on 15th. Hopefully I should have it by next Monday/Tuesday dependent on PDI, insurance cover etc., can't wait. Originally told December/January so obviously Audi have finally got their act together, although original order (for 1.8T) was made in February!

Good news.

Ordered mine in Mid August and have been told today by the lease company that my car is now showing as "confirmed build" status but they have not yet responded to my request for a build date.

Does anyone know the process?

Good luck with getting yours through quickly......

I too was originally told December January but hope its going to arrive early.

I actually got a build date of week 43 (next week) from the dealer yesterday.

I hope that it will be with me around mid November.

That would represent a 14 week lead time from order for a UK 2.0 TFSI.....
