A friend of mine is getting an A5 this year and she wanted me to ask all you member's which additional options are unnecessary or annoying, and which are really helpful. Price is not an issue, but she just want's to know which options she shouldn't get, like hill hold assist, or the advanced key? I don't much about this stuff

She would love the advanced key. My wife now thinks it is one of the best features of the car.

The advanced key comes with the engine start button on the center console correct?

I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but it would be great if you'd take the time to actually read the thread link I previously provided you 2 weeks ago about the Advanced Key option. Otherwise, what's the point in me providing you with a thread link if you're not going to read it?

But to answer your question (which is answered in the link previously provided), yes it comes with the Start button.

Sorry Tx, and you don't sound like a jerk at all, i'm the one being lazy and just asking away without searching first. But on the other hand the search function isn't really accurate on the searches i've put in.

So, you have an A5 on order or you already have one and you cant explain to her what the options are?

I know what the options are, but it's on order so i don't know which option's useful and which aren't worth the money since I haven't gotten to test them out yet.
