Amplifier for Concert

Hello!
I have an A4 B8 fitted with the absolute most basic stereo, Concert with no AUX, no AMI, just the CD/SD option.
Can I add an OE amplifier to this ? The sound is really bad.
I saw once a Concert with amplifier, but that has MEDIA button.
