1.) where can I purchase the 20mm front 25mm rear H&R spcaers? US
2.) any other mods suggested given the list above, labor costs, and $4000 budget?

Putting the cayenne tips on the AWE should be quite straight forward I would have thought as the tips separate from the exhaust the way their system has been designed.
