These are genuine Audi alloy wheels as I had these fitted to an A4 Avant a few years ago.
From memory I think they are 17' and the Audi centre bore cap covers the 5 wheel studs as a complete unit like the ones below.

What year is your car is it an early 2009 -2011? As these wheels are quite old.
