So I've seen several auctions on ebay like this:

which are basically including all of the hardware for the nav. I was wondering if an A5 without the nav package has enough provisions to install this. I would investigate myself, but I'm still 3-4 months away from getting the car, lol.

Unfortunately adding navi later it not very easy since the A5 does not come with real, MOST fiber-optic based MMI as standard, instead it uses MMI-look-alike radios as the standard/basic options and only with the navi does the car come with the true MMI that includes the MOST fiber-optic ring that the linked Ebay kit also requires.

You could buy the entire MMI High kit from someone like Kufatec:

But it is a large job and bound to be very costly.
