A5-S5 seat fittings

I have a 2016 A5 sline, I was looking to swap the seats to the r5 seats but I was wondering if you could use any year r5 seats to fit? The s5 seats I was looking at is a 2018 model. I know 2017 is when the changed the model so I'm not sure if they're compatible. Any help would be appreciated.
