Hey guys,

I have a 2012 Moonlight Blue Audi A5 which comes with a custom gray grille. I am really confused about what color filler plate I should use. gray? matte black? carbon black? Any recommendations? Is there a way to get a matching color plate (i.e. moonlight blue?)

Also, what would be the best place to purchase this?

What country are you in?

When you say filler plate, do you mean as highlighted in yellow in the picture attched? License plater filler?

the grilles are either gloss, grey, matt black I believe. If you want this centre section in a colour then you will have to get it sprayed yourself.

You could get your existing grille sprayed up.

Thanks JB. Yes, that is the plate I am referring to.

I wasn't planning on getting my grill spray painted. Just wondering if a matte or a carbon plate would look good with a grey grill.

The centre plate/filler panel is integrated with the grill (all one piece not two) unless you have a RS5 grille with seperate filler panel.
