2011 Audi A5 2.0t Premium Plus

2 days ago I changed my oil and spark plugs. After I changed my oil I went for a quick drive around the neighborhood and the car died and started back up. The car runs and drives most of the time just fine. Sometimes it dies and won't start, just cranks but if I wait an hour, it starts and drives fine.

It only dies when under load. I believe it is a fuel issue, oil pressure issue or something with a computer.

I have the correct amount of oil in it. And I put in NGK Irridium spark plugs.

Any ideas or insight of what this could be?

I would refit the old spark plugs and see what happens. Did you check the gaps on the new ones?? An oil change can surely not be the culprit methinks......Simon

An update...
The fuel pump control module was bad, I threw like 6 different parts at it thinking that would help but it did not. Ended up towing it to a shop and they found out that it was that.
Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Glad you managed to find a fix in the end, although sorry it took so much to get to that point!

It maybe worth investing in a code reader to read faults for if anything goes awry in the future - that is if you haven’t already got one of course.
