A5 2018 60k mileage quattro judders to much?!

Hey guys very new to audi the first car and quattro it does shaking judders on full lock and i don't understand is to much or its normal gona change all oils in quattro system maybe it helps
any opinions welcome 🙏

Normal. Don't hold it on full lock for too long - there should be a warning about this in your manual.

yes I do it now and trying to be gentle on gas pedal then moving of so you say is nothing to worry?
