this is rather un-nuanced.Don’t even bother touching any cars from 2009 to late 2011.
I owned a 2009 2.0 tfsi.... Audi WOULDNT even bother trying to resolve it...
I own an A5 2.0 TFSI MY2010, which developed the well-known oil-consumption.
after more than 10 years and 160.000 km Audi overhauled the engine, completely free of charge, including a courtesye ncar.
the key to this is: you must have a complete and full maintenance history.
and if you want to buy a used car of these years, you can always ask for proof of the engine being overhauled.
