I think it's a dead cert at some point during the A5 lifespan; out of interest, where did you read about it?

Relax man. it won`t happen in next following 3 years. I also gonna have my onepointeigthturbochhargered in week 7. Hard to wait!

well i just spoke to my dealer today, he offered me only 2 engines.. the 2.0TFSI and the 3.2! Delivery in July. So I guess its already out there!

Your dealer is wrong.

I found the following article earlier this week but the article is clear that the vehicle is a test mule. I didn't notice any suggestion of a normal 2.0T being available any time soon.

According to the German site the next A5 model is the 1.8T with multitronic. Not seen any mention of other models and I can't see the real low end units now announced for the A4 would be put on the A5 given its coupe billing.

Correction: the article does suggest availability in the US "next fall".
