If it's just a few drops after having the hose on it, I wouldn't worry. Every convertible I've ever owned has done this. Add long as it's dry inside when it's raining, you're good.
Seals do dry out though, so a good preventative measure is to apply rubber seal conditioner once a year. That keeps them supple and water tight.
