3 - 4mm left on my Avon tyres, need to replace pretty soon.
Any suggestions/recommendations?
Don't want anything cheap, but don't want to go over the top either.
I'm thinking Pirelli P Zeros.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

I had P Zeros and found them fine. Replaced with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s and these are great. Better grip and feel great. But come at a premium.

If you tend to drive a bit conservative then the P Zeros are perfectly fine.

Pzeros were OE fit, but I and others can find them I little lacking when pushing it a bit. They also can tramline once they wear a bit.

Michelin PS 4 are rated well, but if you like feedback and high speed stability, then the 4S are good due to the stiffer carcass. They are similar to 4 for handling and wet/dry grip, just the S give a bit extra.
As Tony says std 4 will have an edge on Pzeros.
I think the top 3 from reviews are Michelin PS4, Goodyear Eagle assym 5 and Continental sport 6.
