So this past week I got white smoke coming out of my exhaust I then thought my head gasket went bad but my coolant levels are fine but as I was looking through out the engine bay I found oil near the turbo. Could the white smoke just be because of a bad turbo plz lmk.

Mate, very difficult to understand this one from a photo. For sure this could be oil getting very very hot on the turbo if you have a leak but you really need a VAG specialist to have a good look.

Why not clean the area with some brake clean, drive it a few days and look for where the leak is coming from? You can purchase UV dye that you put into oil, or you can use Liqui Moly Molygen if you are planning to do an oil change.

Also, I would monitor the oil and coolant levels to see which is decreasing. That will tell you if it's the coolant or oil leak you are dealing with.
