I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue and can advise what the problem could be?

I bought a 2011 A5 2.0tdi about a month ago which is always slow to start, doesn't matter whether the engine is warm or cold. The glow plugs and battery have both been replaced in hope that it would fix the issue but no change. Both old & new batteries are reading the same voltage. Injectors have been leak tested and seem fine. There are no faults reading on the Vagcom but it does always flag up with a start/stop malfunction and it never seems to warm up beyond 70 (but fans blow hot) so not sure if that is part of the same problem or these are two separate issues.

Could be a few issues that causes a slow turn like that before starting.
-Fuel pump failing
-Clogged fuel injectors
-Clogged fuel filter

I would definitely get a scan tool on there to see the injectors timings are correct and 100% get a second opinion from a sound mechanic.
