My convertible top will not go down mechanic at the garage said parking brake needs to be reset I don’t know what that has to do with my top not going down Any one help me I am 68 year old Female I know nothing about cars thanks carol

Carol -- is there a message in the MMI or Dash Message Center (between the Speedometer and Tach)?

- The Storage Box not properly lowering
- Sensor malfunction in the Box
- Sensor malfunction at the mid-roof hinges
- Trunk lid not latching properly
