Hi I really hope someone can help??
My MMI stopped working last week and today I have had the whole car apart and checked everything.
The Screen in the dash does not light up at all no logo or anything.
There is no lights on the control unit by the gear stick and the 3 button reset does nothing.
1: All 3 Boot Fuses are OK
2: Amp, Radio unit in boot both have power
3: Cd/SD unit in dash seems to have power as I am able to eject CD
4: When the ignition is on I can see red light flashing in the fibre holes on every unit.
5: I have used the fibre loop on each component but still the system remains dead ?
There is no sign of water ingress in the boot and the Amp and Radio unit are both dry.
I really do not know what to do next.
Any help or guidance from forum members would be helpful.
