09 vs 10

Hi All, I'm about to buy an almost new (used) full optioned 09 S5 for a good price. I was wondering, what is the main difference between the 09's and 010's other than the 3g MMI? Also from what I have been reading, a lot of people are complaining from vibrations, is there a solution to that...
