New Owner - with Pics!

Hi all,
.
So thanks to many of your replies in a separate thread, I was able to come to a conclusion on whether to buy a Coupe or Cabriolet A5. For those that didnt see the other thread, I went with the coupe. It's absolutely lovely, lovely enough infact for me to make this post.

Spec is - A5 Quattro Black Edition 3.0L TDI, S-Tronic, Panoramic Glass Roof, 20" Rotors, HDD Satnav, Reverse Camera, front and rear sensors....and all other black edition inclusive upgrades.

Very happy to be part of the A5 Family. Audis really do hit a certain spot for me, so once again; thanks to all who had information and feedback to help me decide which one to go for. I feel we all made the right decision. :-)

thanks,

Parma

Great looking car I bet you're very happy with it!
Are the rotors 20"? They look like 19" to me but I could be wrong!

Great looking car mate well done!! I too am a fairly recent Audi convert mainly cos my sister had an A3 FSI for years and I really enjoyed er thrashing the A3, you could really get loads of wheel spin driving as a hooligan.....

Indeed much as I love my 3.2FSI A5 I am seriously tempted to go look at an S3 which now has the 5 cylinder 2.5 with of course 4WD mmmm. Enjoy your new motor!!! Ciao.

The S3 is still just the 4 cylinder 2.0TFSI I say 'just', but it still puts out S5 like performance. Just lacks the sound! Its the RS3 that has the 5 cylinder 2.5. And the 4WD is the Haldex system, not the permeant Torsen system in the A/S5.

Current: Audi S5 3.0 TFSI Black Ed. (65) - Sepang Blue

Sold: Audi A5 2.0 TFSI Sport (09) - Phantom Black

Have to say I agree, Big fan of the TFSI units. A couple years back I had my Lotus Exige fitted with the 2.0TFSI/K04 and Chargecooled. Fantastic engine, makes excellent power with very little lag, Especially in a 900kg car. :-)

cheers for the kind words guys, german engineering always wins imho.

Not at all, after some serious haggling and being a cash buyer helped me get the price down - 25k

oooof!

Oooof! She's a beauty! How are you finding parking with 20" rims in the UK... I've been debating moving up to 20" rims but just can't imagine the damage of mounting kerbs for parking in London and so on, nevermind the potholes

Congratulations!
