I've custom ordered one from Eisenmann for my A5 2.0T- quad tip.

It's being shipped over right now. I ordered in mid-Feb, still another couple weeks until it's here. I'm already starting to regret this buy, because of its price tag. It retails for a bit over 3k.

If anyone wants it, I am willing to let them have it first!

My local tuning shop put an Eisenmann exhaust on an '09 S5...sold to him for $2,200 USD including labor. I'm not familiar with Eisenmann, but his was the quad tip with a 'separator' thingy in the middle of each tip (which looks funny IMO :P). Sounds really nice though.

yes, i understand that eisenmann exhausts for most cars are retailed at around 2k. at first, i thought my exhaust for a5 2.0t would be around 2k too, but eisenmann said they had a price increase, and furthermore, the 2.0T exhaust they are the first ones to come out with it, and claim that it is a more complicated setup. that is why it's around 3k. to be exact. it should be just under 3k...

however, i must admit, i've heard that eisenmann quality is top-notch. and that was one of the main reasons why i went with it.

s5xy- regarding an eisenmann exhaust for s5. i checked. eisenmann charges more for 2.0T than S5.

Hi there, i actually have the eisenmaan exhaust on my car for quite some time now and i must say its great! the drone isnt bad at all and annoying. I put at least over 20k miles into it and still quite on the inside. You can def hear it from outside and notice an increase in hp gain. Not significantly but you can tell when it was stock.

This is the shop that helped me out with my exhaust. His name is Eddie

Hi EuropIan,

Is yours 2.0T? Mine is arriving in 3 weeks.

Do you happen to have videos for the exhaust? That would be GREAT!

Also, I am ordering the Rieger Kit as well, but I am hesitating if I should go with the Rieger rear kit because the hole for the exhaust is too big for the Eisenmann exhaust. How does it look in person on your car, with the extra room in the rear exhaust area?

Guys I have created an article for exhaust systems for 2.0T. I am still waiting to see few more products.
Exhaust brands for 2.0T:
http://www.a5oc.com/forums/showthrea....html?p=107936

Eisenmann is my favorite always. Jklng56, I contact with Eisenmann too and was going to order it but since they couldnt provide me the videos for my car model, I didnt purchase it.
Because all the videos they provided was for S5 or 3.2 models.

Personally, I think this is the best exhaust brand, especially it will best match with if you have BMW. My friend had it on his M6 and it was just unbelievable. I hope you will get the sound quality you want and please post the videos. If it works good with 2.0T I am buying immediately with JMs's valance, perfect combo with Eisenmann exhaust.

And dont worry with price, quality comes with price! Is your car auto transmission or manual

Which exhaust model did you get Sport or Race?

I checked out the AWE pricing, and it's veryyy attractive at around 1000 dollars, compared to the 2800 i'm paying right now.

I will definitely try to do a video of the exhuast once i install it. I went with the circle tips 83mm x83mm, not the oval ones. And I went with Race, since the point of getting an exhaust is for sound, i want it as loud as possible!

My car is auto.

A.W.E's quality is really nice too and loud in those videos, but unfortunately they do not produce for Auto Tranmission now.

I still can not decide between Race and Sport models.

Because what they told me is Sport will be the best match with the car (2.oT). and Race adds a little cabin noise.

Since I told them that I want an really aggresive system but no cabin noise, the representative I talked created a dilemma on my decision. I witnessed my friends Eisenmann exhaust system in his M6. There was a little cabin noise but it was not disturbing at all. I gelt like I am in Need for Speed haha. I wish I had the pictures of that car just incredible with that body kit.

I told them that since our HP is lower than S5 or 3.2, placing Race option will be better with our car model. In contrast, Torque might be higher, but Auto tranmission instead of manual is gonna effect tone of the sound little. I try to not rely on those videos to much, hope your result will come out nice.

Your input on this issue and video will be really helpful to me personally, because I am willing to purchase this really soon. Keep us updated

I got the race style Quad exahust system. Sounds Great like i said! Probably would sound better in person rather than on video. i've tried it. If you're around the Los Angeles area let me know and we'll go meet somewhere and talk

Thanks for the input and offer, EuropIan but I am on Eastside, NY. I am sure the exhaust is great on 3.2, I have seen some of the videos. I have no doubt on sound quality of yours..

I was actually asking for the "JKLNG56" because he has the same engine and tranmission as mine, which is 2.0T (Automatic Tranmission). I hope we will get a good quality of tone too, that is my only worry.

I kept in touch with eisenmann distributors, and most of them doesnt have any video or soundclip. While I was searching all the possible aftermarket companies, I have found one that has video.

Video of Eisenmann Exhaust on TT 2.0T:
http://www.sport-wheels.de/html/downloads.php?video=231

It dissapointed little bit! I am realy not sure, so I better wait until JKLNG56 place on his car.

Definately better than A.W.E's 2.0 T - I dont see that much difference on A.W.E's exhaust from stock, do you guys?
Link: http://awe-tuning.com/pages/videos/v...st_stockdp.cfm

end of the clip, felt like exhaust soud is coming from somewhere else and different a bit??
