Changing Interior Lights to White

Hi guys, i bought 8 piece 37mm led light. I want to change my yellow light with this ones but how can i assambly light lids(covers) ? Is there a guide for this. I don't want to damage lids.

With the standard bulbs in the interior light when they go out, they fade to off. Can you let us know if this still happens with the LED's or do they just go straight off
