Some Technical Benefits about PES:

In 1997 we designed a supercharger system for the Audi/VW 2.8L 30V V6 in which we recieved a select gear award in 2002 by European Car Magazine. In 2002 we moved on to the 3.0L 30V V6 platform. Both of these supercharger systems utilized an Eaton M62 Roots Type Supercharger. With more than 14 years of experience in the forced induction industry, it was a natural progression for PES to branch out and supercharge the AUDI/VW 4.2L 5V and 4.2L 4V V8 FSI engine. PES engineers spent over 2 years developing and testing the G4 supercharger kit to ensure proper reliability and driveability once the kit was installed. At the heart of the system is the PES cast aluminum intake manifold and an Eaton M90 supercharger. This roots-type positive displacement supercharger delivers instant, seamless boost throughout the RPM range. Eaton superchargers are used as OEM equipment on Mercedes Benz, Aston Martin, and Jaguar automobiles. The system is supplied complete with all parts necessary for installation. The addition of forced induction necessitates enhanced fuel delivery to ensure the correct air/fuel ratio for performance and safety. The kit includes PES's in house ECU recalibrating utilizing factory Damos files which offers ultra smooth drivability, and seamless power delivery.
