Ey up from York, UK

Hi All,

I have been reading for the past few months and thought it was about time I said hello. I have been waiting for some good weather so can post a few pics of my new Audi A5 so bear with me and will post some soon.

I wanted to get a cabriolet for a while and just after xmas I got myself a 16 plate White A5 S-line Cabriolet. It was ex demo and so has all the bells and whistles on it. I especially love the black alloys they have on. Like I said will update with pictures soon.

After reading for the past few weeks about the Vagcom cable I saw the Carista Bluetooth Adapter. For some reason when I went to the dealer they said they couldn't get the Voice Recognition to work as it "wasn't fitted". Low and behold after a week from posting from Amazon USA and around 30, a quick sync and restart and now have it working. Its amazing what the dealers tell you eh?

I did also do a quick diagnostic on it just to see if anything would flag up. And it did?! VAG fault code 02305 and 02111. Are these codes people have had before? Should I be worried and take it back to Audi?

Thanks for taking the time to read!

02305 is something about a temp sensor

02111 is got to do with no adaption done on window.

Delete all codes and see if they come, maybe nothing to worry about.

Thanks Hassan for your reply. I have been reading about people just resetting the errors and seeing if they come back. My thoughts are that there is a problem which needs to be fixed hence the reason the error has been created. Maybe I'm wrong??

Welcome Dave!

As above I wouldn't worry too much about the fault codes. As mentioned, clear them and see if they pop up again. You have plenty of warranty to sort out any issues

Current: Audi S5 3.0 TFSI Black Ed. (65) - Sepang Blue

Sold: Audi A5 2.0 TFSI Sport (09) - Phantom Black

Certain errors just come up for reasons unknown however nothing seem to be wrong with the car.

I wouldn't worry about the 02111 error as technically thats not an error just needs adaption which you easily can do by taking windows down whilst still holding switch for few seconds and same with up and holding for few seconds. You do this to the windows that doesn't automatically go all the way down on it's second click.

The 02305 error if comes back could mean an issue with temp sensor, but seeing as its 2016 plate just get it done under warranty.
