Nice badges, are they bought like that or DIY? Though I think I'll probably go down the debadging road over coloured badges. Forgive my blindness, but what am I looking at on the side?

Hmm interesting but not sure if I like it so much now I've seen it on a real live car. Maybe I could have the chrome window trim restored in some way? Part of the reason I wanted it wrapped is because it's currently in pretty poor condition, very scratchy up close. Is there a way to restore it? Maybe even chrome on chrome wrap?

In other news, got the new pioneer sub sorted. Spent a lot of time with the seats folded down lying upside down, not a comfortable spot. No additional amp, but I think it came out perfectly just the right amount of extra oomph without overriding anything else. Though a tip for anyone who tries to the, drilling the mountings is nearly impossible, try putting the sub in from below, hold it in place and mark the holes from there. Also put your dynamat down AFTER drilling, if you have any sympathy for your drill bits.

Had a few minor exterior changes, not to everyone's taste I'm sure, but I'm loving it.

Personally, I love that spoiler.

You should take more pics of the car and the spoiler whenever you get the chance to.

Was it an easy mod?

Easy as in just handed over the cash :'(
I found the spoiler, bootlid and all, dirt cheap on ebay in black and got excited. Bought it, went to fit it myself and realised it was gloss not metallic black... so handed it to my favourite body shop and they put it right.

Bit of an off topic question, how do you guys respond to negative comments on your car? I didn't exactly ask for it, but I've already been called a 'Paul Walker wannabe' and asked 'why the f**k did you do that to the car' by family members and the likes. Isn't 'because I like it' a good enough response any more?

I'm not a boy racer or whatever, I just like my car and I like tinkering with it :-/

Ah, yes! Standard opinionated family members and friends. Lol. Well the thing is Eamon, if you loved drinking coke, please might slate you and tell you that Pepsi is better. The matter of the fact is that YOU paid for YOUR car, not them. Do whatever the fuck you want to do with it! Seriously speaking, if you wanted to wrap your car in chrome orange with purple poker dots, and it makes you happy, do it mate!

No matter what you do, you will always get people that don't agree with you.

Just be happy mate, and let them have their say. I'm sure you love your car!

Edit: Even if you were a bloody boy racer, just be happy! You got one nice car to race in!
