Ive got a meeting with Steve Barron, dealer princple at Wearside at 12pm. I have never come across such incompetance, lies, cover up's, lack of communications etc etc.
I believe one tech has been sacked over this and the service manager Earnie Potts has been took off his post, all not helping me directly though.
Its been a huge ongoing catalogue of diasters, would never buy or use them again TBH.
Ive sent the whole story off to AutoExpress magazine, so will prob see a feature in there before long.

That's the problem for us that all 4 main dealerships are owned by Colebrook & Burgess. not the best company in the word to deal with,,
I remember going to view my 1st A5 at wearside, it was x demo coupe.. but when i pointed out the massive dent in the rear passenger side.. the response was don't worry about that we will just bash it out and paint it.... WTF haha.
The only reason i ended up with an A5 was because the dealer principle at Newcastle audi used to be the dealer principle at VW Newcastle and he had been the guy who sold me my Scirocco and eos. So when the time was right i just went in and asked for him by name .. Wiped some smiles off peoples faces hahaha
