For newer Models without [55 - Xenon Range] Modules
The xenon headlights on MY2014 and newer A5 / S5 / RS5's (and probably A4 and SQ5 models), don't use a separate module to control the headlights anymore. The older [55 - Xenon Range] module has now gone, and Audi have incorporated this into a sub module (BCM1) within the [09 - Cent. Elect] module.
Last year i logged a support call with Ross Tech to see if they could help, but they hadn't come accross this before. True to their word, they have been researching and developing this in the background, and the ability to access and adjust this has now been incorporated into the lastest relsease of VCDS. 15.7.0
So in summary, this is how to adjust and store new levels.
IMPORTANT: Version 15.7.0 or newer, Headlights switched ON (not Auto)
[Select]
[09 - Cent. Elect]
[Basic Settings - 04]
Group 011
[Go!]
[ON/OFF/Next]
Adjust the headlight aiming screws
[ON/OFF/Next] to save the new levels.
Ive attached a PDF 'How To' doc with screenshots and step by step instructions for those not too familiar with VCDS procedures.

This worked on my MY2014 car with Adaptive (cornering) Xenons.
