Default Complete VCDS - Vagcom mod list

I've been adding mods today and realised that we have no comprehensive list of codes on this forum.

So here is the full list (as of right now), they have been checked however I hold no responsibility if you mess up!

I'll keep adding them as new ones are found.

**I'm based just North of Manchester near the M66. If anyone wants some mods doing and wants to travel to me then don't hesitate to PM me**

Please post any others I've missed or any mistakes and I'll add them to the list.

These have been tested completely on pre-facelift. Most should work on a facelift car however there are a couple that won't or need to be completed a different way.

The only mods that work on the Chorus, Concert or Symphony stereo are the ones that don't use hidden menu options. The hidden menu is not accessible from chorus or symphony stereos.

No idea how to use VCDS? Here is a PDF to get you started -

Good idea to have all the codes in one place, there are a few more though, I was trying to find them but it seems the page I used to go to has been taken down.

There is also the following:
Enable key seat memory - Memory of seats in the key in car with just electrical seats
Enable drive select - VCDS coding for Audi Drive Select - MMI 2G

There is a couple more too, but I forget without been able to see the whole list I used to have.

Come on guys I know they're in the list already

The links I've posted add extra bits to the coding that you've posted.

The TPMS coding you've posted doesn't show you how to enable the TPMS MMI item, the coding in the link does.

The MMI hidden menu link I've posted shows you how to enable it in both 2G and 3G MMI versions.

Also you missed a bit off the bottom of the 'Enable Audi Drive Select without the buttons' coding.

In MMI hidden menu go to Diag settings, Car menus maske, check 'Charisma' box and go down to Accept changes. Whilst still in the hidden menu go to Diag settings, APK 0x01, 0x0B, 0x0C, check 'Charisma' box and go down to Accept changes.

I'm trying to ensure the codings are all on this page rather than links sending people of all over the place, some like the TPMS is just too long to condense effectively do I've added a link. f there are any mistakes could you post the mistake here so that I can add it to the list above.

Thanks!

One (more or less) central database is the desired ending!

if you get a message to re-fuel and you check how many miles the car thinks you have left, you can calculate how many liters of fuel you have left in the tank.
this usually does not come out right.
there is always more left over than you think.
with these channels you can adjust the charisteric of the float-element in the tank.
this way, you can come closer to the real left-over fuel / miles.

Any chance of getting the coding required for the LED facelift added to this list (if anyone has them)?

S5mafia just to say thanks for doing this. As a newbie to VAGCom I've spent hours looking all over for the various mods. I wished at the time that there would be a central repository for all mods VAGCom wise, so thanks again

I'll certainly add it however I have no way of testing with my lowly pre-facelift!

The enable double disarm beep instructions need amending to add that you need to ensure Module 46, Byte 1, Bit 2 is ticked. This activates the alarm audible notification option.

I may as well make my contribution, it's too long to post here so I'll give you a link:

Disabling bulb error message with LED reverse lights installed

CREE LED reverse lights with RESISTOR and I STILL get a bulb out warning?

Thank you S5Mafia for this, it was needed and should be a sticky. There are some minor differences in the facelift model, but nothing that cant be figured out.

Also under hidden menu, can you add 'to access the hidden menu, hold down car and setup together for ~5 seconds.'

2014 RS5 Sepang Blue on Lunar Silver, MMI, Black Optics, Ceramic Brakes
Gone: 2011 A5 White, Premium+, Ti edition, Nav, B&O

Added to the list, thanks for your input.

Good spot in the hidden menu too!

Have you seen any codes for rear brake and turn signals. I changed them to luma leds, can bus. but the bulb out error comes up anyway. The backup codes work.

No, sorry. I was able to get the backup codes because the channel was posted on the a4 forums somewhere. If I knew the channel then maybe I could figure it out, but also I would need halogen tail lights and then switch them to led. That I don't have. Sorry mate, best thing would be to ask Davidb8, he may be able to code them for you for a small fee.
