S5 seatbelt feeder not working

Hi all,
I have just bought a new S5 coupe and the drivers side seatbelt feeder is not working. The passengers side is working fine which makes me think I am doing something wrong?

The seatbelt feeder does not extend when I close the door, nor does it extend when I then turn the engine on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmmm. A5 / S5 Coupes don't come with seatbelt feeders in the uk, only the cabriolets have that. Are you located somewhere where seatbelt feeders are normally fitted to coupes, or could it have been retrofitted on one side only by a previous owner?

This will be the new S5. Having been in a new A5 with them, they are quite sexy.... No idea why they are not working - unless there is a config in the MMI for them...
