Window wind noise

So a couple of weeks back I encountered what seems to be the common window regulator issue, window went down, made a bunch of nasty noises and refused to come back up again. With a bit of encouragement I managed to get the window to close and set out to replace it.

Picked up a refurbished unit that matched mine from eBay, everything works as expected, but now I have some slight wind noise coming from the window. I can only assume that the window isn't pressing up against the seal enough to stop wind noises, but water doesn't seem to be getting in.

I went through the whole adjustment process and got a pretty good match to how the other window looks, but I've run out of upward adjustment on the A-pillar side of the window.

How would I get the window tighter to the A-pillar side? Is it going to be a case of loosening the window a little and shuffling it up in the brackets to give me a little more height?
